Are glass droppers ok to leave in the tincture when storing? 1 user thanked author for this post. Leslie-Maria Cramer September 1, 2022 at 3:15 PM #14182 Dr. Patrick JonesHomestead Instructor Over time, the rubber parts of the lid will degrade and crack and you’ll get evaporation of the tincture. It’s fine to leave in a dropper in a bottle that’s going to be empty in a couple of weeks. Just don’t store dropper-capped bottles long term. Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider. 7 users thanked author for this post. Is there an easy way to clean used droppers? November 4, 2022 at 3:17 PM #18322 AnnettStudentTopic Author I just use hot water and a pipe cleaner. They work better than the straw cleaners because straw cleaners have a bulb at the tip that is too large for the bottom of the dropper where it narrows. That bulb will break a glass dropper. 3 users thanked author for this post. JanetBeck75, CarolAnn, Dr. Patrick Jones Author Posts Viewing 2 reply threads You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
