When drying echinacea how is the center of the blossom processed? It is very thick and dense. Do I slice it? Just chop it up? Combine it with the petals or dry separately?

I’ve always just dried it all together. Might dry faster if you cut them in half I guess but I’ve never bothered.
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
