Is there anything herbal that would help with this condition?  The dog diagnosed with this has already lost all of its hair.  Thanks for any advice.

Follicular dysplasia is a genetic disorder caused by a recessive gene. The body makes too much melanin and gorks up the hair follicles so they don’t work. Genetic disorders are curable with herbs because they’re hard-wired into the DNA. Herbs help the body do what it’s supposed to do. So when it thinks it’s supposed to do something wrong, you can’t really talk it out of it.

Some of those dogs get dermatitis and other issues secondarily. Certainly we can address those sorts of symptomatic things but actually solving the underlying problem isn’t possible. :0(

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
