StudentHello! This is my first post and deep dive into HGH! I was recently diagnosed with fibroids and an enlarged uterus (hopefully that’s not TMI) my dr. is recommending a full hysterectomy just leaving the ovaries. I have been humming and hawing and scheduled the surgery for 6 months out so I can have time to research. It hit me today that I have this great new tool and a place to learn alternative methods.
So my question is, are there ways to treat and shrink fibroids and uterus issues other than hysterectomies? I’m in my early 40’s and no longer planning on having any more children which is why I think my dr is going the hysterectomy route but I know there is more these parts play in our female bodies than just growing babies so it makes me a little worried to go that route.

StudentI just had both of my ovaries removed because of fibroids. I hope Doc Jones’ formula works for you. Fibroids are no joke.

StudentI was diagnosed with multiple fibroids October 2021. They wanted to remove my ovaries but I told them no way. I increased my diet of cruciferous vegetables by a ton due to a constituent in them I cannot remember and then took herbs similiar to the recipe Dr Jones gave you (I wish I would’ve have known that recipe then). I think they are almost gone now beause I only feel a twinge of pain instead that excruciating pain and the out of control bleeding is in control now. In Dr Jones class on the female, he discusses estrogen dominance. He also suggest DIM in it. I took all of those things and am happy to say I think it worked. I don’t love cruciferous vegetables at all but am trying to like them more. Good Luck
