Hey Doc, I remember in one of the videos, can’t remember which one – you mentioned that White Sage had some different medicinal properties than the Salvia officinalis variety in the monographs here. I believe it was Salvia apiana? Do you have a module on the White Sage, or perhaps you plan on doing one? I’m sorry, I got confused on the two sage varieties…

Yup. White sage is Salvia apiana. It has some better pain relieving properties than its cousin Salvia officinalis. I’ll do a little module for it.
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
