I also have a formula called Immunity Pregnant that’s safe for pregnant and nursing moms. The recipe for that formula is in the Immune System Formulas lesson in the Formulas and Formulations section. Load her up on Echinacea too.
A cold infusion of marshmallow and peppermint is soothing to the throat too.
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
