This has been a good learning experience for me in using herbs. I still have pain, but after using herbs consistently I am receiving some relief. I now understand about the difference of healing with herbs and taking a drug for relief.
I have been using hops, but as I study the pain lessons I added White Sage, Rest Easy and Teasel. I mix it up. Today I took teasel internally also. I also have started wrapping my knee to give it support. That does help. The bad pain moments aren’t as bad. It hurts more at night. At night wrapping it has helped and the herbs are helping in that I have only taken pain pills once.
Big learning curve here.
