I lived in York PA as a teenager. The forests and creeks of Pennsylvania are where I really learned to love edible and medicinal plants.
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.

I lived in North Bay, Ontario, Canada and grew up by Trout Lake and surrounded by the woods. My Grandfather taught us about many edible and medicinal plants. 🙂
