If I want to grow bilberry for diabetic support, which specific plant should I get? I’ve seen Vaccinium Myrtillus, Vaccinium cespitosum, and others. Doc, can you help me out here? Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider. 2 users thanked author for this post.
