In the pancreas lesson, Doc mentions Bilberry (Vaccinium spp.). If I want to grow bilberry for diabetic support, which specific plant should I get? I’ve seen Vaccinium Myrtillus, Vaccinium cespitosum, and others. Doc, can you help me out here?

I’d use Vaccinium myrtillus. That’s the one that has the most research.
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
