Lapsana communis, commonly known as nipplewort or bladderwort, is native to Europe and Western Asia. It has a long history of traditional medicinal use. I haven’t used it and there isn’t much research on it. But traditionally it has been used as a diuretic, anti-inflammatory, digestive aid, wound healing and detoxification. I really don’t know anything about its safety or how well it works.
