I’ve used both Boswellia carteri and Boswellia serrata and they seem to have very similar effects. There is also research indicating that their constituents are very similar.
As to the two wild yam species, Dioscorea villosa and Dioscorea polystachya, I’d stick with the D. villosa. It has a lot of key constituents that the D. Polystachya is missing particularly for hormonal stuff.
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
