I’ve been using Doc’s hankie method for a bit, but I’m making larger batches (it’s a time thing, right!?), and thus having a hard time squeezing the “mud” (wet powder is mud, right?) without my hands complaining a lot.  What method of getting “every last drop” you can without making achey hands in the process?  I have tried several methods, but with the mud, it’s a lot more challenging than with C&S herbs (better infusion, but harder to press).  Please let me know what methods you guys use?  Thanks!

Do you have an tincture press? Or, are you doing it by hand?

If you’re tincturing like you mean it, you’ll want a press.

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
