I am a permaculturist…..Google permaculture… I believe in nature essentially, and have spent the past three-four years researching the topics of permaculture. Much of that learning has been dedicated to learning how to grow food. Food forests are at the top of my list for food growing systems.

I’ve spent over a decade researching and looking into health for the human body which has brought me to many strong opinions. “The opinions are only strong to those that aren’t quite ready to experience those levels of health”. And on that path I’ve come across herbs….”of course, they’re plants…and I know that when I eat plants I feel good.
