Hello guys,new here all my life i have had mild asthma and sometimes chests tightenings i wanted to share this recipe with you!
I get ginger root as big as my thumb or slightly bigger, a turmeric root slightly smaller than the ginger,and a handfull of parsley i cut the ginger and turmeric to small circles and i rip the parsley with my hands to smaller pieces,then i start boiling them when they reach boiling temperatures i wait for 7 minutes! I drink the tea with honey + coconut oil (turmeric and ginger are both fat soulables)!
Stops asthma attack everytime but you should not drink it on empty stomach!
