I made a tincture with Doc’s formula for Pancreas-Blood Sugar. My blood sugars runs over 200 every morning. I tried taking it once & it raised it higher. I need to lower it. Was that just a fluke… is it made to raise or lower blood sugars? Thanks. Please need advice.

Sounds flukey to me. All of the herbs in that formula have actions that lower blood sugar. I’d guess something else was going on.
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.

Thank your for your response. Like most herbs should I be taking it 2 hours before or after taking any pills for diabetes? :blink:

The Pancreas formula likely will conflict with your prescription. You should be taking one course or the other.

In diabetes cases, combining herbs and meds can be problematic. If you’re on medications to manage blood sugar, you should be under the careful care of a local practitioner familiar with both modalities.
