Evening everyone, I am intersted in making an arthritis cream for daily use. I want to put comfry into it but not sure as to other ingredients would be helpful. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, and Osteoarthritis. Due to medicine attacking my kidneys, (of course Arthritis meds) I have to be careful of my kidneys. And also watching what Im taking so my liver doesnt take any damage. I am taking burdock root for inflamation (Dr approved).

Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.

I’ve used a formula of Boswelia, Ginger, Black Cohosh, Burdock, Devils Claw, Marshmallow, Yucca, Cayenne and cinnamon. Works really well.

I wouldn’t see much advantage to putting comfrey into it.

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.

@Doc Jones. Leaving out lavender in any pain/relaxation formula is a huge mistake. IMHO
