Can the perennial artemesia be used the same as the annual? I have artemesia schmidtiana and was wondering.

The Artemisia genus has a number of species many of which have some different properties. For the issues I usually address with Artemisia annua, I wouldn’t use a different species. It’s pretty unique in some of its antiviral properties.

I have been told that local goat farmers are using artemisia absinthe a one component in an herbal wormer. Any thoughts Doc about this variety? I believe it is a perennial.

Artemisia absynthium (commonly called wormwood) is a pretty good wormer. It’s in my Worms formula
