I’ve been researching uses for St. John’s Wort, and came across information related to its use for nerve pain. The information that I have found so far relates to its use for “new” issues causing nerve pain.

My question is, will St. John’s Wort also be beneficial for chronic nerve pain?

          It’s worth a try.

My favorite herb for chronic pain for old issues is Teasel.

          Teasel (Dipsacus spp.)

I’ll check out the Pain Management Lessons, as well as Teasel. Thank you very much Dr. Jones! 🙂
