So in spring I bought a couple Yarrow plants to put in large containers in my yard. This summer when they started blooming I was surprised to see that the blooms were a deep red color. I know Wild Yarrow is usually white but can span to some pinker shades. This color is almost blood red, which is very befitting (plant’s medicinal profile considered) but I am just curious if it is going to be ok to use for tinctures and such. Any insight would be great. Thanks!

The red yarrow sounds beautiful!  Years ago I purchased pink yarrow before I knew its medicinal properties.  From my investigation, any color is equally as potent.
