I train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu so I’d be really interested to see what everyone has to say here. There is a course in the supplemental lessons called 7 Herbs for Pain that have some good things to check out. I know hops is good for pain, but I would make a tincture out of it instead of taking it internally since it’ll make more estrogen in your body. Willow Bark also sounds like it would be good since it’s a natural aspirin.
I wonder if there are any herbs that would increase endurance or something similar. That would be handy to have as a tea before going out and biking or training.
