        What herbs would you suggest to help with muscles, tendons and breathing stresses and issues?

          I train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu so I’d be really interested to see what everyone has to say here. There is a course in the supplemental lessons called 7 Herbs for Pain that have some good things to check out. I know hops is good for pain, but I would make a tincture out of it instead of taking it internally since it’ll make more estrogen in your body. Willow Bark also sounds like it would be good since it’s a natural aspirin.

          I wonder if there are any herbs that would increase endurance or something similar. That would be handy to have as a tea before going out and biking or training.

            Joint support is a great formula. Also making sure that your getting good nutrition and mineral levels.

            Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
