How long does a garlic tincture last on the shelf?  I used dry garlic 1:5 40%

I think the general rule for fpr tinctures made properly is about 5 years, although many folks believe they are usually still mostly good much longer.  I am curious though why you would use a tincture instead of the fresh herb in the case of garlic which is so easy to grow and store?

I wouldn’t worry at all for 5-10 years. After that I still wouldn’t worry much.

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
