I’m from Canada, and looking for Brigham Tea. Can’t seem to find it anywhere. I did see however an herb called ‘American Ephedra’, Doc would this be the same thing? Would it work the same?

i found Brigham tea in Utah, and Arizona, also I believe it can be found in New Mexico. looking forward to Doc Jones answer on American Ephedra

“American ephedra” is usually used for Ehedra nevadensis. I don’t know that that one gets all the way up to Canada. Do you have a Latin name? Or a picture?
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
