Hello, do all Boneset plants have the same medicinal properties? there is an abundance of Eupatorium Serotinum growing on my property. How should/ if it should be harvested and prepared is it only the aerial parts to harvest? what are the effects on the body…

Yup. Aerial parts are the medicine.
Eupatorium perfoliatum has more research and history as a medicinal, but Eupatorium serotinum has been historically used for similar things.
