Is there a resource online that I could access that tells the interactions of herbs with herbs? And also tells the interactions of herbs with pharmaceuticals?

I haven’t found much online about herb-herb interactions. Frankly it’s not something I worry much about.
I do worry about herb-drug interactions. There are some good references for that here:
The bottom two on slide #4 are good.
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.

I will have to look into those books. A big part of the reason I signed up for this school is my daughter. I have been using more herbal
remedies to treat things at home, but my daughter has a very rare chromosomal abnormality. (One of two know cases world wide.) She has taken levothyroxine for low thyroid since she was born and over the past few years has developed seizures and is currently taking tropiramate and oxcarbazepine. One of my big concerns is what can I safely give her to treat common colds and things like that without causing interactions between her pharmaceuticals. And long-term I would really like to be able to get her off some of the pharmaceuticals if that’s possible. We are also working to train a seizure alert dog so that we can rely on that as well.
