Does anyone know the protocol for acquiring bulk volumes of grain alcohol?

Distillers can often sell bulk ethanol. They sell it to folks that make booze and such. Some states have laws governing licensure and such to be able to purchase it.
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
