Essential oils are great for making shower sprays. My husband uses a eucalyptus spray to help with his breathing because he has allergies. My mother-in-law uses a patchouli spray. Very easy to make!

How do you make your shower sprays?

4 ounces vodka, 12 ounces distilled water and any essential oil you want. Put into amber spray bottle and use anywhere. My husband and mother-in-law use it in the shower.

Spray it while you are in the shower. The steam helps disperse the spray. You can use any scent you wish depending on what you are trying to achieve. (Eucalyptus and peppermint for breathing, lavender and vanilla for calming and sleep, etc.)
