Hi all!
I am one of many who struggles through the change in the weather, but rather than achy joints (hopefully not in my future) I feel “the rain coming” in my sinuses in the form of massive sinus headaches. Like clockwork, the pain starts even 2 days before the forecast calls for precipitation. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
After a history of sinus infection visits to the doctor, there has been no mention of anything mechanical to be corrected. I have found natural anti-inflammatory herbs like tumeric, ginger, or goldenrod can alleviate the pain for a short time, but would love a more effective solution if there is one. I also have a funny feeling this consistent irritation is a contributing factor in my frequent sinus infections.
Any suggestions or articles to read would be very welcome, thanks!
