We’re glad to have you here. We really are on a journey to become effective healers. Herbs, nutrition, and other modalities are great tools. But, understanding, loving and serving are powerful medicines too.
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
