Another new student, so much to learn, very exciting!

Hello, I’m also a new student and I am encouraged that in the forum in the last 15 minutes I learned something about garlic honey. It was very encouraging because I have made garlic honey before, but got discouraged because it was runny, but I just learned that is normal.
