Day 3: Pain in right ankle continues (using crutches)
Cramps in left calf starting. Used: Muscles NoMoSpazms

Noticed lump? at upper end of calf tonight. Could this be a DVT?

StudentTopic AuthorUnderstandably, most would not want to deal with a DVT.
Medical help is recommended on this forum for such things as a DVT.
However, I cannot take most medications at all. So, although I could get a Dx . . . I might find myself on my own.
I cannot take antibiotics.
I cannot take any of the 5 families of pain killers.
So, I guess I may be on my own here. Which is ok.
I do not know who Dr. Andrew Saul is, but, he recommends vit. E
Other ideas from other places:
Turmeric/Bromelain/Ginger together
Nattokinase an enzyme that breaks down fibrin
Garlic (a blood thinner)
Water
Sassafras Tea: internally and externally
Sassafras tincture
Blackstrap Molasses/Cayenne/ACV/Water
Red Clover Tea
This is my research so far.
D-dimmer blood tests supposedly can detect a clot.
I do have an ND, I can see what she says.
Open to suggestions
Thank you

StudentTopic AuthorI did notice that inactivity made things worse that is why mornings were way worse then evenings while on crutches (which stumped me for a long time until now)
Lump in upper calf was in opposite leg then ankle problem. Lump is not exactly the right word. Its just something I can feel under the skin.

StudentOh, I’m sorry to hear about your difficulties. I really don’t know all that much about DVT but wanted to send my sympathy! I can definitely vouch for that fact that garlic is a blood thinner. I had strep throat and was using garlic to help me get over it and avoid antibiotics. Well, I got the smallest cut on my hand and bled profusely! Couldn’t get it to stop for 15 minutes. I think that was because of the garlic as I’ve had similar experiences before.

StudentTopic AuthorThank you Elena, In the way distant past I had live blood analysis and my blood tended towards rouleau. I am fascinated by the lymph system teachings with this course and cant wait to understand the intricacies that go on between lymph and blood. I am probably going to have to get my A&P book out pre-1976, as, I have been told there is information in that book that might not be elsewhere. So, may start studying it to get away from night time screen time. Reading a book will send me to bed faster then doing research on computer. When I get a blood test, my blood clots fast. I do have a garlic recipe that makes raw garlic very tolerable to take. Its something that I should be on anyway! Thank you! PS. Somehow I have to avoid sitting time during study time.

StudentTopic AuthorMy ND said that a DVT would be: hot and red and something else. I am not experiencing those symptoms. I am waiting for my ACV/Honey garlic to cure and will be using that (as soon as it is done) Just to make sure things are going in the right direction. I am so Thankful for what I have! IE: working body parts

StudentJean, I will second the use of Nattokinase. Our “naturally minded” MD (he doesn’t play by AMA rules), strongly recommended it to clear out any clotting that has happened in our bodies due to covid and the nanoparticles of toxins that they spray which end up in our blood. While reading more about it after he recommended it, we decided that this is something we will likely be on for the rest of our lives to keep our blood in good shape. Hope this helps, and hope your issues clear up quickly.

StudentTopic AuthorHi Sharon, Thank you. I have learned that nattokinase comes from Natto. An Asian fermented food made out of soy beans. I usually stay far away from soy beans because of GMO’s. Anyway, I actually found some Org. Natto in a store several weeks ago. Still trying to figure it out. How to use it, etc. If it were possible to get enough of the enzyme from Natto, that would be great. I would rather use my food as medicine and medicine be my food. You never know what the future holds. Always be ready. ps. even if something is called ORG. unless you grow it yourself . . . you never really know for sure. I am doing much better. Thank you. It was hard to do chores when I was on crutches for two days. Found something called “Freedom Leg” Had I been incapacitated long, I would have been putting “Freedom Leg” on my wish list.

StudentJean, I agree about the soy concerns, but it’s my understanding that the fermentation process changes things such that (either) there is no soy left, or it doesn’t have the “concerning properties” of soy any longer. And I learned from an organic grower, that even with certified organic, there are “allowable” chemicals, and who knows what that really means to us! Of course, on the flip side, most of simply cannot grow everything we want/need. The Bible even tells us to be prepared!

StudentTopic AuthorHi Sharon, Yes, fermentation changes the soy bean for sure. I agree. I dont know if it can change the GMO part to be made safe. It seemed at one point in time that every soy bean on the planet was gmo’d. (I dont know that for sure though) Yes, these days we do not know much about what is in anything. Knowing your supplier helps. “cannot grow everything we want/need” <—–for sure. And then there is old age which s-l-o-w-s us down even more. How sad. Just when we get smart enough to do something the right way . . . we get old! Yes, the Bible warns about a lot of things.
