Beta Glucan is suppose to be almost a cure all. Yet, it seems to be derived from the very grains we are supposedly suppose to avoid. Which does not make any sense to me. “Dont eat grains” but, “take Beta Glucan”
Light bulb moment: Milky Oats!
So, now I need to know if milky oats is high in beta glucan. People would be able to save a lot of money!!!
Please correct me if I am wrong about anything here!
