StudentI am guessing this is because of it’s anti-inflammatory properties. Would love to see followup of how you are taking it and what results you obtain.

StudentI can not drink chamomile tea, chamomile makes me shake and gives me a headache. Is there any alternative to that?

StudentSo you’ll probably want some anti inflammatory herbs in case that is what’s causing the pain, willow could work as that and has some pain relieving properties. Grab some nervines like valerian or skullcap, hops might even work by applying it topically to the lower back. Also, some antispasmodics might help if that is causing pain due to muscle spasms

Homestead InstructorI’d also look at hops tincture topically as needed. Have a look at the pain management lessons in the nerve pain section. Lots of good stuff there and it all works. :0)
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
