Can anyone tell me if uva ursi can be used in kids. I’m hoping to try something for uti’s besides antibiotics. Currently takes d-mannose which has been wonderful! Had surgery a year and a half ago to fix reflux-meaning her urine flowed back up to kidneys. I have the kidney and bladder formula but unsure of the safety with children as I have read that kids shouldn’t take it. Anyone have any thoughts or experience?

          How old it the youngster?

It can be hard on the tummies of little folks. Make sure there is food in the stomach and make sure to give some marshmallow or mallow with it.

If it’s a really young kid, Mallow alone might do the trick.

Doc, she is 10 years old.  Have you had any success treating uti’s without prescription antibiotics? Do you think your kidney and bladder formula would would for her and if so what dosage would you suggest? One doctor suggested prophylactic antibiotics and I’m just not jumping on that boat. The d-mannose has worked great like I said, but curious if you think this formula would be worth a shot if she starts getting another UTI or if you know of anything else to try? Surely appreciate all your knowledge! I am loving your course and already successfully got my husband off any Tylenol, aleve etc. Can’t wait to learn more!

The Kidney and Bladder U.T.I. formula would be a good one to look at.
