Any ideas for a tincture for sleep apnea? I’ve had it all my life(54 years) it isn’t from weight. I started using cpap a few years ago and would like to find a different treatment

Have you looked into sleep apnea mouth guards?.  They have helped with some of my family members.  I believe sleep apnea is more of a structural issue than medicinal, but I could be wrong.

There are other posts on this forum addressing sleep apnea.  From those posts I have learned that there are two kinds of apnea. There “seems” to be no answers.  I strongly believe there are answers to this dilemma. I hope to send that info to Dr. Jones.  Thank you for reminding me to do that!

              Dennis,

I have a touch of sleep apnea and was struggling to fall asleep a few months ago. I took the Rest Easy formula and found that it relaxed me too much and made my apnea worse = poor sleep quality and very tired in the morning. So for me personally tinctures did not help.

Hope you find something that does work for you!

Dont give up, Cheryl, There is hope.  It just might not be the right herbs in that particular tincture.
