Hello my name is Linda and I literally just became a student like an hour ago.

I have just started this wet yucky cough and would like to kick it in the keester before it takes hold.  Is there a tincture besides the echineacea and elderberry tinctures i take daily that would be great to add?  I have in my herb room tinctures of mullien, oxeye daisy, usnea, valerian, rose petal, plus a few more.

Welcome Linda! Mullein has always helped me with coughs, I definitely recommend that

I use Mullein for coughing, my grandson has asthma and this is wonderful for that, peppermint can also help and even though it is is not on your list of tinctures, tea works too.  I also use garlic fermented in honey to help with the bug causing it along with oregano.

I made daisy tincture, bellis perennis. However I have forgotten since the tincture finished where it can be used for. And unfortunately I can’t find the information in the course anymore. Can you tell me where you can use it for?

I use Mullein tincture but it also has Peppermint, Thyme and Marshmallow Root in the tincture. I use the tincture mainly for my lungs due to having Asthma and COPD. It also helps me with coughing.
