Reading some notes I have taken, it looks like Resp. cof and Resp. Exp. can be taken the same time as (I think they are called: The three Amigos)

Thank you Dr. Jones. Yes, those are the guidelines that came with my kit. I also looked at your post when the Mrs. got sick and I wrote down those recommendations and went by that minus the Three Amigo’s. After one day I was fine. Then I relaxed. Then it came back worse. After a while I just went hour by hour by how I was feeling and took an average of two tinctures every hour of whatever seemed right at the time. Headake was added to the protocol as well as Digest Support. Thank you again.
