StudentI heard a report from the Morning Wire (a publication of Daily Wire) that aired this week (week of March 11, 2024) that there has been a surge of TB cases in California. Evidently, the allopathic community has little/no solutions for this difficult bacterium that can cause a disease with a death rate as high as 12-14% (according to the Morning Wire).
Is anyone aware of an herbal remedy for this deadly pathogen?

Homestead InstructorGarlic, cloves, turmeric, thyme, ginger and Lomatium all have some promising research showing activity against tuberculosis. The problem with TB is getting drugs (or herbs) into the granulomas that form and even into the cells themselves. They have a cell wall that is lots more difficult for drugs and herbs to penetrate.
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.

StudentIs there a formula that can be used with a client with Tuberculosis? Or formula, that you would recommend, for those who may have been exposed but are showing symptoms. I have seen studies that show supplements of A, C, D, and Zinc may help but am unclear on if they help to prevent or treat. The Garlic, cloves, turmeric, thyme, ginger, and Lomatium mentioned above would you recommend as a preventive or treatment after the illness shows symptoms?
