StudentSo, like the title says – what is a good alternative to “green powder” that is the rage…? I know Doc has his “nutritional powder” – but how does it stack up against the powders on the market that are specific for drinks, smoothies, etc…? Would the nutritional powder work with some specific things added for overall “tonic” type effect on the body – a daily dose so to speak? Thanks in advance.

StudentI have no idea what you mean by “green powder”
What is it that you are looking for? Like a general health booster or something?

StudentTopic AuthorYeah, just put “green powder” in your search engine and you’ll get about 2 zillion hits – superfood, supplement, grass greens, etc, etc… There are just too many differing blends of herbs and such – and being still a novice at this (yes, that’s embarrassing but life just continues to derail my time in “class” – eventually this will change). But for now, I’d like to do as much nutritional supplementation to my diet/smoothies as possible, but it seems every brand touts something different as THE best ingredients. So that leaves me in my normal state – of confusion!

StudentHi, Sharon. I’m a newbie here, but I do have a suggestion. When I’m investigating a particular supplement I look at the ingredients and the nutritional information. If there’s a ‘green powder’ that you are using and you think it’s helpful to you, why not compare ingredients etc to Doc’s nutritional powder? Or if you are looking for a specific action, for instance healing a leaky gut, maybe something will turn up here in the forum. Don’t give up!

StudentSharon,
I would assume that the above would be at least one alternative to a “green powder”
I dont know why, but, I would be tempted to add the pre-biotic powder somehow as well.
