        Hi all, I know this idea isn’t reinventing the wheel, but seeing this concept being used on wild bergamot got me thinking.

        Would a fermentation/drying process as done with traditional tea lead to better availability of medicinal compounds in less volatile-oil-based herbs like Elderberry or Raspberry leaves?

        I’m tempted to try with so many of both in my backyard this year.
