Several months ago, my granddaughter (18 years old) developed allodynia, which is a rare side effect of zithromax. Allodynia is a type of nerve pain that causes a person to be extremely sensitive to touch and other skin contact (such as a light touch, brushing hair, cold temperatures, etc.). We are trying to get an appointment with a doctor who specializes in this type of nerve pain.  Is there an alternative (herb) that may help this type of pain? I prefer the herbal way, if possible.
