I have a small hard bump on my arm, it just showed up one day.
Could it be a wart? Is there anything I can use to treat it?

You could try putting some ACV on a bandage and place it over the wart or also use a small piece of garlic on a bandage. Prickly lettuce also has a healing white sap that you can put on warts.  Dandelions are also good !

I have had success eliminating warts by taking some antiviral herbs and mushrooms (since warts are viral). Good luck!

Homeopathic Thuja works. You can also buy essential oil Thuja. It takes a while before warts let go, but they do go.

What antiviral herbs and mushrooms are the most effective against warts? Oregano? Thyme? Reiki? Other? And how do you apply them?

I just reviewed the Dandelion monograph (and listened to the video). Doc Jones mentioned the latex sap of dandelion leaf applied to warts a couple times a day will help eliminate them. (Also, any other plants with latex sap, such as milkweed.) It was mentioned that Dandelion (in current research) is being found to have antiviral and antibacterial properties, so it might be helpful internally.
