I have in my notes that Doc said that when using burdock root, and issue can get worse before it gets better. He also said that it can take a while to see improvement and to hang in there:)   So, I need to know what “a while” is and how much worse and how long the worse might be.  I know these questions can be different for different issues but knowing some sort of time frame would be helpful to know if burdock is helping a person or not.
