Before an Admin can reply to your post, you must make sure your bug report has the following Elements:

1. Did you include a link to your bug? (required)
2. Did you include info on the make/model of the device you’re using?
3. (required) Did you specify which Web Browser you are using?
4. (required) Did you provide a detailed description of the Bug? (required)
5. Did you add any other relevant details? (Optional)

Thanks for reporting, you get extra brownie points today!<br><br>Important Note: If you are using the Brave Browser or one of the other “Privacy-Focus-Chrome-Reskin” Browsers (that are in my opinion borderline malware, running cryptocurrency garbage in the background, and are extremely resource intensive and run by for-profit corporations which somehow definitely don’t make money off your data…)

PLEASE reconsider.

These browsers block the core tech of websites that have user-based content and are not and will never be compatible by default. If you’re going to use it, you’ll need to learn, understand, and configure the settings for it on your own as that is outside the scope of our support.

If you are interested in a privacy based browsing experience, I recommend Firefox which is NOT built on the same tech controlled by google (that Brave and all the others are).

It does work in the Brave browser, so it might be a browser issue

Hi Kathy I am not able to replicate this bug, could you describe the process you took to get this bug?
Which link specifically are you referring to?

I am geting the same error message as Miss Arnette. It’s a Google message and says:

403. <ins>That’s an error.</ins>

We’re sorry, but you do not have access to this page. <ins>That’s all we know.</ins>

Also when I try to download the PDF it says:

<header class=”page-header”>

This page doesn’t seem to exist.

</header>
