Before an Admin can reply to your post, you must make sure your bug report has the following Elements:

1. Did you include a link to your bug? (required)
2. Did you include info on the make/model of the device you’re using?
3. (required) Did you specify which Web Browser you are using?
4. (required) Did you provide a detailed description of the Bug? (required)
5. Did you add any other relevant details? (Optional)

If you checked all those boxes with your post, you are good to go! Somebody will get back to you when it’s fixed, or if they need more info 🙂 If you forgot any of those items, no worries! Just reply back to this comment with anything you missed and you’ll be good to go! Thanks for reporting, you get extra brownie points today!<br><br>Important Note: If you are using the Brave Browser or one of the other “Privacy-Focus-Chrome-Reskin” Browsers (that are in my opinion borderline malware, running cryptocurrency garbage in the background, and are extremely resource intensive and run by for-profit corporations which somehow definitely don’t make money off your data…)

PLEASE reconsider.

These browsers block the core tech of websites that have user-based content and are not and will never be compatible by default. If you’re going to use it, you’ll need to learn, understand, and configure the settings for it on your own as that is outside the scope of our support.

If you are interested in a privacy based browsing experience, I recommend Firefox which is NOT built on the same tech controlled by google (that Brave and all the others are).

I have tested the module and everything appears to be working in my various testing environments.

My initial guess would be that your browser cache is having a glitch. Clearing your browser cache mayresolve your issue.

Hi- I am having the same problem, I have tried to take several quizzes and only a title over a blank screen is showing. Here is the Ethics and Legalities Quiz URL-

I have tried both Firefox and Chrome, restarted the computer, emptied the cache, managed the extensions, and pet a cat as no dog was around 🙂 What next?

Could I get you folks to try a couple of things in way for bug testing for me?

– 1st Test is to open an incogneto window and login to the course and try to take the quiz again? Let me know the result
– 2nd test is could you try opening 5 or 6 different quizzes and log which ones if any work?

Looking at the back-end I did notice that both the quizzes we’ve mentioned had time limits in place where they should not have, but i wouldn’t suspect that to be the cause… but I did disable it just in case, as none of the other course quizzes have/need that feature.

Also could you share a screenshot of the quiz page as it appears when you load in initially? you can share screenshots with snipboard.io and paste the link here.

Okay I do think i found the issue and you should now be able to see the quizzes!

This was a weird one and i still don’t know the exact cause, but your accounts should be fixed and quizzes should show up normally.

Please confirm that the quizzes are appearing on your end
