Is it true that the antihistamine properties of nettles only work in tincture form because they are only alcohol soluble? Just saw a random YouTube short by an herbalist that claims this.

I’m inclined to think this isn’t true, since someone I know was saying by stinging themselves with the nettle, it clears up their seasonal allergies really well

Not true.
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
