Very excited to delve deeper into using herbs and have a better understanding on how they effect the body.  I’ve been using herbs for a long time and have been very thankful to have been led to them.  My first experience made me a believer.  I didn’t want to use my in-haler anymore with it’s steroids and all.  I was impressed to open up an herb book called Back to Eden and was led to a little paragraph on the Norway pine and how it opens up air-ways.  Went outside (lived in MN at the time), got some young shoots with needles, cut them up with scissors, poured boiling water over them, let them steep, and drank the tea.  Opened up my air-ways and have never used the in-haler again! Thank the Lord.
