Hey there! Does anyone know if Orthosiphon aristatus or Cat’s Whiskers plant is safe for birds? I have a cockatiel that looks like they may have gout. All the symptoms are there. Any help would be good. I am going to try the formula Doc has after I research some of the herb safety for avians but I saw the above herb is really good and wanted to know if anyone knew if it if safe. Thanks!

There is zero research on that one in birds. It’s a mint and fairly safe for everyone else.
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
