StudentDoc,
Have you found anything helpful for restless leg syndrome? I’ve been offered a prescription medication, but the reviews of it seem a bit sketchy.

StudentHello Christie, Doc Jones has created a formula called Restless Leg Support that he specifies for Restless Leg Syndrome. You can find that formula in the Nervous System Formulas. https://homesteadacademy.com/courses/homegrown-herbalist/sections/student-tools/lessons/advanced-course-search/ I find good amount of relief from that complaint using that tincture when needed and I have also find some relief from Reishi tincture. Best of luck and Happy Thanksgiving 😉

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.

StudentHello Kaye,
I would definitely try the Resting Legs Support on your arms too. You can use it anywhere on your body. You might want to also consider that you are low in magnesium. So before bed take a good quality magnesium supplement to see if that will benefit you. I hope this helps.

Yup. I’m with Suzanne on this. Try the restless legs formula and some magnesium. :0)
