I’ve been diagnosed as celiac and was listening to a naturopath who said all grains have gluten, including rice and corn. I see mixed results on line and am wondering if I should be grain free totally. I’ve been doing that for 3 months and haven’t noticed any difference.
My Pastor is celiac so I know how much of a pain that can be. He is fine having corn and corn based things like corn tortillas, corn chips, and what not. I know how much pain it can get you into, but the only way you’re really going to know for yourself is if you try it and have a reaction to it.
