Thank you for posting this! Mental health is so important and needs to be discussed way more than it is. I am learning as much as I can trying to help my daughter with her mental health. Nothing in convention medicine has helped her, medication after medication and it never helps. Going to try the natural way now! That has a lot to do with why I am here taking this course.
